Although Small Claims Court is designed so you will not need a lawyer, for those who have never been to Small Claims Court before, the assistance of a lawyer can help you feel more comfortable and prepared for when your day in court arrives. I can assist in reviewing your case, preparing your paperwork, and/or generally helping you prepare for court. I am also available to simply represent you before the Small Claims Court.
