Partial Representation
In some cases, parties only need assistance with one specific aspect of a case. Partial representation (also called unbundled services) allows you to employ my services for a finite portion of a case. Once my work on the specific area of the case is completed, my involvement with the case concludes. Partial representation is a cost effective solution if you cannot afford or do not need full representation in a case. Below are a few examples of some aspects of cases where you might need assistance and where partial representation might be useful.
